
Jason McDonell
Chief Executive Officer
Jason McDonell has served as Chief Executive Officer of Leslie’s since September 2024 and is a member of the company’s board of directors. Mr. McDonell is a seasoned senior executive and brings nearly 30 years of experience in retail and consumer products sectors.
Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President, Merchandising, Marketing and e-Commerce at Advance Auto Parts, Inc. (NYSE: AAP), a leading automotive aftermarket parts provider. In this role, Mr. McDonell drove omnichannel growth across the company’s $11 billion+ portfolio, spearheaded billion-dollar-owned brands like DieHard and CarQuest, managed a global network of 200 suppliers, oversaw $4 billion in inventory and led a global team of professionals. Before assuming this position, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer, where he played a key role in re-launching the DieHard brand and advancing the company’s omnichannel capabilities with the introduction of Advance Same Day. Prior to his tenure at Advance Auto Parts, Mr. McDonell spent 21 years at PepsiCo, Inc. (NASDAQ: PEP), a global leader in food, snack and beverage products. He held various cross-functional roles with increasing responsibility across the U.S. and Canada, culminating in his role as President and General Manager of PepsiCo Foods Canada, between 2015 and 2019. In this capacity, he had full P&L responsibility for a $2.5 billion division encompassing the Frito-Lay and Quaker portfolios. His multidisciplinary experience at PepsiCo spanned brand marketing, key account management, strategy and insights, field sales and operations for some of the company’s most iconic brands. Mr. McDonell began his career in brand management at The Procter & Gamble Company (NYSE: PG).
Mr. McDonell holds a bachelor’s degree in honors business administration from Wilfrid Laurier University in Canada and participates in an annual Harvard Business School - YPO Presidents’ program.

Maryann Byrdak
Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer
Maryann Byrdak has served as Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer of Leslie’s since December 2024. Ms. Byrdak has more than 25 years of expertise leading technology strategy, digital transformation, operations excellence, analytics (AI) and enterprise system deployments across the retail, restaurant and nonprofit sectors.
Prior to joining Leslie’s, Ms. Byrdak served as Chief Information Officer at Feeding America, where she was responsible for the end-to-end strategic transformation of Feeding America (FA) and food bank systems to modernized technologies with a clearly defined roadmap to support the distribution of over 6 billion pounds of food annually. Previously, Ms. Byrdak served as Senior Vice President, Information Technology at Potbelly Sandwich Works Inc. (NASDAQ: PBPB) where she led the company’s digital strategy and security posture. Earlier in her career, Ms. Byrdak worked across large public companies, including Office Depot, Office Max and Sears, Roebuck and Co., in technology leadership roles of increasing responsibility.
Ms. Byrdak holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Elmhurst College and a master’s of business administration in information technology from the Illinois Institute of Technology.

Naomi Cramer
Chief Retail Operations and Talent Officer
Naomi Cramer joined the company in September 2022 and has served as Chief Retail Operations and Talent Officer of Leslie’s since March 2025. Prior to her current role, Ms. Cramer served as our Chief People Officer.
Prior to joining Leslie’s, she served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Banner Health, Arizona’s largest private employer, where she led all talent functions for the organization including recruitment, learning and development, organizational effectiveness and change, assessment and survey and workforce planning from June 2016 to February 2022. She joined Banner in December of 2014 and prior to her role as CHRO she served as Vice President of Talent Acquisition and was later promoted to Vice President of Talent Management. Prior to joining Banner, Ms. Cramer had a progressive career in operations and human resources at Target Corporation (NYSE: TGT). During her tenure at Target, she opened a newly formed 80+ store market in Arizona and later led an operational and cultural turnaround as a director in the western region, consisting of 450 stores in California, Arizona, Washington, Oregon, New Mexico and Nevada. She culminated her career as Senior Vice President of Field Human Resources, where she led all areas of HR for 350,000 employees in 1,780 retail stores and 37 distribution centers.
Ms. Cramer holds a bachelor ‘s of science degree from the University of Phoenix.

Scott Davies
Senior Vice President, Marketing & eCommerce
Scott Davies has served as Senior Vice President, Marketing & eCommerce of Leslie’s since November 2024 and brings over two decades of experience leading brand transformation, digital innovation, and customer-centric growth strategies across a range of industries including healthcare, retail, and consumer goods.
Prior to joining Leslie's, Mr. Davies served as the Head of Marketing and Customer Experience for AMN Healthcare (NYSE: AMN) from January 2021 to July 2025. In this role, he led all client and candidate marketing initiatives and successfully drove the consolidation of AMN’s diverse portfolio into a unified Masterbrand, enhancing brand equity and customer engagement across the enterprise. Previously, Mr. Davies served in senior marketing roles including Vice President, Head of Marketing and eCommerce at BioTE Medical (NASDAQ: BTMD), Chief Marketing Officer at RealPage and Senior Vice President, Marketing, eCommerce and Analytics at Signet Jewelers (NYSE: SIG), where he led integrated marketing strategies that delivered measurable business outcomes and improved digital performance. Earlier in his career, Mr. Davies served in progressive marketing and brand management leadership roles at both PepsiCo, Inc. (NYSE: PEP) and Johnson & Johnson (NYSE: JNJ) building a strong foundation in consumer insights, product innovation and go-to-market execution.
Mr. Davies holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Bath School of Management and a master’s of business administration from the University of Virgina’s Darden School of Business.

Elisabeth Eisleben
Senior Vice President, Investor & Public Relations
Elisabeth Eisleben has served as Senior Vice President, Investor & Public Relations of Leslie’s since April 2025 and brings significant experience leading investor relations with a demonstrated ability to enhance shareholder value through her focus on transparency, integrity and strategic insight.
Prior to joining Leslie’s, Ms. Eisleben spent nearly seven years at Advance Auto Parts (NYSE: AAP) serving in her most recent position as Senior Vice President, Communications, Investor Relations and Community Affairs. In addition, she served as President of the Advance Auto Parts Foundation where she was responsible for the reinvigoration of the company’s community involvement, developing the strategic foundation to support the company’s philanthropic endeavors. Earlier in her career, Ms. Eisleben served in progressive finance leadership roles at both Martin Marietta Materials (NYSE: MLM) and Summit Hotel Properties (NYSE: INN), where she was responsible for building the investor relations strategy in addition to the management and communication with the global investment community.
Ms. Eisleben holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill.

Tony Iskander
Interim Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer
Tony Iskander joined the company in March 2025 serving as Interim Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer.
Prior to joining Leslie’s, Mr. Iskander co-founded Stambrisk Consulting LLC in 2024 where he also served as Managing Partner providing CFO-level consulting services to companies across public and private markets, working with leadership teams to navigate complex financial challenges, execute growth strategies and strengthen operational performance. Prior to launching Stambrisk Consulting LLC, Mr. Iskander spent over seven years at Advance Auto Parts (NYSE: AAP), an aftermarket auto retailer, from 2017 to 2024, where he held senior leadership roles, including Interim Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President of FP&A, Finance and Treasurer. Mr. Iskander played a key role in Advance Auto Parts’ $1.5 billion divestiture of its wholesale business, orchestrated over $2 billion of capital restructuring and increased cash flow by over $500 million through strategic capital planning and improved working capital focus. Prior to Advance Auto Parts, he spent more than a decade at Hillrom, a healthcare manufacturing and technology company, where he held progressive finance leadership roles. Earlier in his career, he built a strong foundation in accounting, financial reporting, internal audit and treasury across multiple public companies.
Mr. Iskander earned his bachelor’s degree in financial management from Indiana University and a master’s of business administration in finance from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.

Moyo LaBode
Chief Merchandising & Supply Chain Officer
Moyo LaBode joined the company in May 2021 and has served as Leslie’s Chief Merchandising & Supply Chain Officer since May 2023. Prior to his current role, Mr. LaBode served as the Chief Merchandising Officer from December 2021 to May 2023 and Senior Vice President, Merchandising from May 2021 to December 2021.
Before joining Leslie’s, Mr. LaBode served as Vice President, General Merchandise Manager at Barnes & Noble (NYSE: BNED) from 2018 to 2021. Prior to Barnes & Noble, Mr. LaBode served as VP, Merchandising Strategy at The Home Depot (NYSE: HD). Previously, he spent nearly 24 years at Target Corporation (NYSE: TGT) in progressive merchandising and supply chain leadership roles, culminating in his position as Vice President, GMM Household, Paper, Food Service and Pet.
Mr. LaBode has a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Minnesota.

Benjamin Lindquist
Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary
Ben Lindquist joined the company in August 2013 and has served as Leslie’s Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary since April 2024 where he is responsible for all legal, corporate governance and compliance matters. Prior to his current role, Mr. Lindquist served as Vice President & Associate General Counsel from December 2022 to April 2024 and Vice President & Corporate Counsel from November 2018 to December 2022. Previously, Mr. Lindquist held various roles of increasing responsibility in the company’s legal department.
Mr. Lindquist has a bachelor’s of science degree in finance and information systems from the University of Utah and a juris doctorate degree from the University of San Diego School of Law.
